I am Furkan Dikmen. I am a PhD candidate in Linguistics at Boğaziçi University, Turkey. I also work as a research/teaching assistant in the same department there. I am primarily interested in issues in morphosyntax and semantics/pragmatics. You can learn more about my previous and ongoing research at Publications tab. 


My research interests:

Semantics of plurality, argument/event structure, syntax/semantics of passive clauses, pragmatics, discourse structure/particles, nano-syntax, result state modification, compositionality, compounding and nominalization, semantics of diminutives/degree semantics
